Harborough District Council

The Department for Communities and Local Government is launching a standard planning application form in England.

The Standard Planning Application Form (1APP) will replace all existing types of planning application forms (except minerals) within England.

As from 7th April 2008 all planning applications submitted to Harborough District Council must be made on the 1APP forms below.  However, as part of the transitional period you are encouraged to download and use the forms before that date using the following links.  The 1APP forms will be available for online applications submitted through the Planning Portal from 20th February 2008.

You are encouraged to make your application online through the Planning Portal but if you wish to post your application please download the relevant application form from the following list.  Four copies of the completed forms should be submitted to: 

Development Control Team,
Harborough District Council,
Council Offices,
Adam and Eve Street,
Market Harborough,
Leicestershire,
LE16 7AG.

The application must be accompanied by the relevant fee.  Please see the fees document below.
