The central heating system in the privatly rented house next door to mine is creating a noise problem. It goes on until 2am and starts up again at 6am. I have spoken to tenants and the landlord but they do not take it seriously. It would seem that there is a problem with the external pipe which comes from the boiler. My other neighbour is also aware of it but less effected. Could you please advise?
