- I am interested in buying the land in front of my property. How do I go about finding out if this is at all possible?
Answer:
In most instances, land to the front of a residential property which is not shown on the deeds of that property (as registered at Leicester Land Registry) will be part of the adopted highway and enquiry should be made of the highway authority, Leicestershire County Council. If the land is not highway, it may be owned by the developer who built the property in the first place.
