Answer:
The paperwork you have already been sent with your bill includes an A4 white sheet which is a Direct Debit instruction. You need to complete your details, indicate your preferred payment date (1st, 8th, 15th or 25th of each month), sign it and return it to Harborough District Council, NOT to your bank. If you have misplaced or not received a Direct Debit instruction please contact the office or download a form.
