What is Purposeful Physical Play (PPP) training all about?

knowledge of children’s physical  development

skills to create an ‘activity friendly setting’

plenty of ideas for how practitioners can influence the home learning environment and support children to develop a lifelong love of being physically active

Research suggests that inactive lifestyles of children aged 0 - 5 years are affecting their future health i.e. their physical including their brain development.
