View the garden waste collection dates for the period 1 November 2017 to 30 March 2018:

Christmas tree recycling

Residents who have already signed up to the council’s garden waste collection service can leave out their Christmas tree on their garden waste bin collection day during the weeks commencing 8 and 15 January 2017, and the tree will be taken away. You can also take trees to your nearest Recycling and Household Waste site.

Rresidents that have not signed up to the garden waste collection service can dispose of real christmas trees using the LOROS Market Harborough Treecycling service for a minimum donation of £5 per tree. They will be operating on the 9 January 2018 in the Market Harborough area, covering postcodes LE16 7** LE16 8** and LE16 9**.

Christmas cards and wrapping paper

Christmas cards and wrapping paper can be recycled in the blue-lidded wheeled bin, excluding foil, glitter-decorated and plastic cards and wrapping paper.
