National Non-Domestic Rates (Business Rates)

By Direct Debit: This is the most cost effective method. Please contact us for an authorisation form on 01858 828282 and we can make arrangements for payment to be deducted from your bank account. Payments can be deducted on the 1st, 15th or 25th of the month.

By Post: Cheques & Postal Orders should be crossed and made payable to Harborough District Council and sent to Finance Services, Council Offices, Adam & Eve Street, Market Harborough, LE16 7AG. Please quote your Non Domestic Rate Reference together with your name and address on the back of the cheque or on any accompanying correspondence.

By Telephone: Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card, however there is an additional 1.75% charge on the amount paid when paying by Credit Card.

By Debit & Credit Card via the Internet* at the online payments 

At a Post Office*: Payment can be made at any Post Office via payzone. You will need to have a bill showing a barcode on the front.

By other payzone outlets*: Just take your bill to anywhere which displays the payzone logo. As with Post Office payments you will need to have a bill showing a barcode on the front.

At a Building Society*: You must quote:

1. Your Non-Domestic Rates Account Reference.
2. The Council's Bank Sorting Code of 40-32-04 (HSBC Bank PLC, Market Harborough).
3. The account to be credited is 81011561.

By Personal Visit to the Council Offices: (Mon-Fri) Adam & Eve Street, Market Harborough, between 8:45am (9:30am on Wed) and 4:45pm, OR 19/21 Market Street, Lutterworth every Wednesday afternoon (1:00pm-4:45pm), Thursday and Friday (8:45am-4:45pm).
