Local Land Charges

In order for us to begin to process a search as soon as possible we require the following:

• Either fully completed LLC1 and CON29 forms in duplicate or our Search Application Form which can be downloaded below.  
• A full and correct address to be searched against.
• Up-to-date site plan showing the boundaries of the property and land to be searched against, clearly marked in red in duplicate.
• The correct fee. Cheques are to be made payable to Harborough District Council.
• An address / DX to which the search is to be returned to, or a full email address if you prefer to have your search returned electronically.

Incomplete documentation can lead to a delay in processing your search.

We are also able to accept searches through NLIS, TM Search Choice Ltd and Severn Trent Searches.
