Drainage and Sewerage Enquiries:
The Local Water Authority answers this information on a Con29DW form. Therefore you will need to contact either Severn Trent Water or Anglian Water depending where your property is situated.
Land Registry:
The Local Land Charges Department do not hold details of ownership, boundaries or title deeds. Please contact Land Registry.
Highways Enquiries:
Although the Highways questions will be answered within the Local Search, all follow up queries relating to these questions will need to be directed to Leicestershire County Council.
