Grant Funding
The Harborough Community Safety Partnership are working with Neighbourhood Watch to urge everyone to step forward and give them their ideas for improving community safety in their local area.
The Home Office have awarded a grant of £20,000 through their National Support Framework (Engaged Communities Hallmark) to be administered by Harborough District Neighbourhood Watch, this project is being supported by the Harborough District Community Safety Partnership.
Marion Lewis Chair of Neighbourhood & Home Watch Network (England & Wales) said: ''The Harborough District NHW committee are delighted to have received this funding from the Home Office, we are one of 8 pilot schemes around the country and we feel very privileged to be selected."
