Online forms: Apply for an assisted bin collection

We can help residents that cannot move their wheeled bins onto the kerbside for collection.

This service is for residents who are elderly, ill, infirm or disabled and have no one else at the property to help.

We will collect bins from the grounds of the property, empty them and then return them to the same place. Bins need to be available for collection by 7am on collection days.

Bins must be placed outside the property as no collections can be made from inside sheds or garages etc.

We may ask for evidence to support your request, such as a doctor's letter.

This service is subject to random checks to ensure it is being used correctly.
