View Council planning meeting online – 21 July 2020

The public are invited to follow Harborough District Council’s planning committee meeting online.

The planning meeting, being held on Tuesday 21 July 2020 will be available to view online from 6.30pm via the Council’s website.

Please note that the planning application 19/01645/FUL for change of use from agricultural grazing land to dog walking field with fencing, on land at Queen St, Market Harborough, has been withdrawn.

Applications being considered are:

  • 20/00293/REM - Reserved matter of 15/01665/OUT including details of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for 104 dwellings Phase 3, on land off Coventry Road, Lutterworth

  • 20/00491/FUL - Change of Use from A1 (Retail) to D2 (Assembly and Leisure) use, B&M House, The Commons, Market Harborough

  • 20/00632/PCD - Discharge of Conditions 4 (written scheme of investigation) and 5 (ecology construction management plan) of 19/01679/FUL, at Nether Hall, 5 Church Street, North Kilworth

  • 20/00567/VAC - Variation of Condition 3 (approved plans) of 19/01679/FUL to amend the line of the underground extensions, at Nether Hall, 5 Church Street, North Kilworth

  • 20/00767/FUL - Installation of 2 x halo backlit illuminated fascia signs (1 front and 1 rear elevation) and installation of 1 x internally illuminated totem entrance sign, at the Grow on Centre, Market Harborough

The planning committee will consider applications at the meeting remotely, and registered speakers will be making representations via phone and audio only. Speakers will be asked to submit a written version of their statement as well.

If the meeting is still ongoing at 9.30pm a vote will be taken to ascertain if the committee wishes to continue beyond that time or adjourn the meeting until another day. If a decision is taken to continue beyond 9.30pm the meeting will conclude and be restarted.
