Harborough Innovation Centre
Harborough Innovation Centre, (HIC), established in 2010, is a vibrant, eco-friendly hub providing flexible office space with bespoke business support for new and thriving small, to medium enterprises. Situated in Market Harborough; a beautiful town in rural England, south Leicestershire, the HIC enjoys close proximity to a town centre boasting an array of independent shops, boutiques alongside high street brands, as well as delicious restaurants and bistros across the Harborough district.
Tenants at the HIC benefit from the bespoke services of the onsite dedicated Business Adviser, who has worked with a wide range of companies covering all sizes and business sectors. The Business Adviser helps organisations create value, discover solutions, maximise growth, and improve business performance. This includes areas of business strategy, e-commerce, financial & management controls, human resources, marketing, and supply chain management.
The Harborough Innovation Centre offers 52 offices suites ranging in size from 157 sq ft to 1065 sq ft.
There are private meeting areas from small rooms ideal for private video calls to larger conference facilities, all which can be booked in advance. Tenants also have priority access to frequent business events and integrated support workshops. The HIC community is a hub of collaborative emerging businesses who support each other, creating networking opportunities to help grow your business. Harborough Grow-on Centre
Harborough Grow-on Centre is a brand-new energy efficient, high specification office building designed for dynamic and growing small and medium-sized enterprises, located in an expanding commercial area just on the south side of Market Harborough town. It has excellent access to major road and rail links, with the A6 and A14 nearby and trains to London St Pancras International taking just under an hour from Market Harborough.
Harborough Grow-on Centre follows the ongoing success of the Harborough Innovation Centre, which Harborough District Council developed to provide office space for start-up and small businesses.
The project has been funded by HDC with support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP).
This brand new 19 500 sq. ft business centre hosts flexible office suites which range from 532 – 2076 sq. ft, with separate meeting rooms and an attractive reception area.

Tenants at the HGC benefit from this modern building which is built to BREAAM standard Excellent and features hot showers, electric car charging points, private meeting rooms for hire, eco-lighting and tea points in each office suite.
