Data Protection Act
The Data Protection Act 1988 provides a number of important safeguards and rights for personal data held by the Council about living individuals and provides rights for individuals to find out what personal data is held about them.
Publication Scheme
The Council's Publication Scheme sets out details of information which is available to the public and where it can be accessed.

Information made available under the Council's Publication Scheme or provided in response to requests for information may only be used for inspection purposes. Use for commercial or other purposes may require consent.
