Easter 2012

With Easter just around the corner and Spring in the air there are lots of ways to use items you no longer want!

'Spring clean - mend it, sell it, donate it, reuse it'

Clothing, shoes, books DVDs are recyclable at many of our bring sites and also your local charity shops.  Want to find a home for your unwanted bigger items how about trying Freeuse.

Small, old and unwanted electrical goods can be recycled at one of our four recycling banks in the district.  Bigger items can be collected from your home for a charge or if you have transport you can take them to the Civic Amenity site for free

Easter Packaging and food Waste

Don't forget tin foil can be recycled in the green box and the cardboard and Easter cards can be recycled in the green bin.

Have extra food waste at Easter?  all your food waste can be recycled into your food waste caddy.
