Harborough District Community Hub
Supporting vulnerable people in our community
We want to make sure that the vulnerable people who are isolating to protect themselves and others from the risks associated with Coronavirus (COVID-19), can get the help and support they need.
If you, or someone you know, is currently self-isolating and needs immediate help with essential food or support and do not have family members, friends or neighbours who can help, please click on the 'I need help' button below and complete the referral form and a member of our Community Hub will contact you to see how we can help.
Please note that this service will prioritise those who are most vulnerable and in urgent need of help and support, these include:
- people who are over the age of 70
- people with underlying health conditions
- people who have received an NHS letter stating that they are in a 'shielded' group
- families who are struggling to cope
Community Hub opening hours
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
NOTE: Community Hub CLOSED Bank Holiday Monday 25 May 2020
