Animal business operators must ensure that they have read the appropriate guidance document prior to submitting an application. Businesses must be able to demonstrate that they meet the conditions as outlined in the appropriate guidance document. Please download and complete the relevant application form below.

- Selling animals as pets in the course of a business
- Boarding, kennels and day care for cats and dogs
- Hiring out horses
- Breeding and/or selling dogs
- Keeping or training animals for exhibition
