Covid-19 Response Survey

Have Your Say - Council Survey

Food bag on doorstepWe’re inviting residents and businesses to complete a survey which reviews Harborough District Council’s response to the coronavirus pandemic lockdown period, and beyond, as we all work together towards the recovery phase.

In March 2020, the Government closed schools, shops, businesses and other venues, asking the public to stay at home as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, with certain restrictions starting to ease from June 2020.
We want to hear your views about how you felt supported during the lockdown and if you could access help if you needed it. We’re also encouraging local businesses to share their thoughts about the support provided during this time and how people feel about returning to the district's town centres now.

Results of the survey, which is completed anonymously, will help inform a review of how council services can improve future communication with residents and businesses, and continue to provide effective support across the whole of the Harborough district.

The survey will run from Wednesday 7 October 2020 to Wednesday 28 October 2020.

Harborough District Council adapts communication for residents who require alternative formats. If you would like to complete the survey via telephone, please arrange an appointment with the Council customer services team by telephoning 01858 828282 or by text to 07860 041 908

Hard copies of the survey are also available in Broughton Astley, Lutterworth and Market Harborough libraries.
