The scope of this study is to assess the infrastructure requirements, costs priorities and funding relating to the planned growth in the Harborough District Local Plan. The study has considered a range of infrastructure such as utilities, transport, education, health, open space, sports, cemetery and burial grounds, community village hall facilities, waste, flood and drainage infrastructure and library facilities.
