In July 2016 Peter Brett Associates were commissioned to refresh the Community Facilities Assessment (2010). The Community Infrastructure Assessment 2017 forms part of the infrastructure evidence base for the new Local Plan to 2031 and will be used to inform updates to the developer contributions policy for community buildings infrastructure for Harborough District.
