Scraptoft Parish Coucnil commenced their review of the adopted neighbourhood plan in 2025.

In November 2025 the Parish Council asked Harborough District Coucnil to undertake a Strategic Environmental Assessment Screenign Report

Regulation 14 Consultation

Scraptoft Parish Council commenced their Regualtion 14 (presubmission ) consultation for a seven week period , commencing on 04 December 2025 and closing on 23 January 2026.

Scraptoft Parish Council, as the relevant body, applied for the designation of the Scraptoft Neighbourhood Area. The application was publicised during July/August 2012 and was approved by Executive on 29 October 2012.
