About this page	The purpose of the Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) is to monitor progress against the objectives of the adopted local plan (and prior to 2019, against the objectives of the adopted Core Strategy). It enables the Authority to monitor how effective the policies within individual Development Plan Documents are in meeting the vision set out in these. The AMR Report also reviews the timetable set out in any current Local Development Scheme for Harborough District Council and assesses progress against this. The 5 Year Housing Land Supply position statement provides information on the level of housing supply within the district including a five-year housing land supply calculation.
