In order to meet future housing needs, an additional 7700 properties are planned in Harborough during the period from 2006 to 2028. Market Harborough will accommodate an additional 3300 homes as well as land for businesses. One of the main ways this will be acheived is through a strategic development area to the north west of Market Harborough. A masterplan for the development of the area has been created. |
