This document has been produced in response to government advice and has been formulated in the context of the national, regional and local planning policies and guidance, as detailed in paragraph 1 of this document. It is intended to assist the Council in undertaking its planning enforcement work, and inform all parties (including Council Officers, Councillors, complainants and perpetrators) of the processes and procedures involved.
