Submit an event notification form

If you are planning to hold an event in the Harborough District, please download and complete the below Event Notification Form and submit it using our online webform. 

Your Event Notification Form will be distributed to all Event Safety Group Members, who may contact you for further information. 

Please Note: The responsibility of running a safe and compliant event remains with the event organiser. It is their responsibility to ensure all licences, insurance and management procedures are in place.

Next, fill in the application form on your computer

Now, submit the notification

Once you have completed the form, please email the notification (and any other supporting documentation) to events@harborough.gov.uk
