Becky Nixon - Community Engagement Manager 

As Community Engagement Manager, Becky leads the team’s work with parishes, community groups and local organisations. She plans and coordinates the team’s activities, making sure each initiative connects with others and aligns with broader council priorities. Her role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities and bringing people, organisations and groups together to support stronger, more resilient communities.      

Gemma Finan - Community Development Officer

Gemma's work focuses specifically on building the capacity of organisations to support people in the district who are most in need, due to issues of disadvantage, poverty, poor health, mobility issues and isolation.

Claire Betts & Serretta Morris - Grants Officers

Claire and Serretta offer advice and guidance on HDC's Community and Environmental Grants, as well as the Councillors Ward Improvement Grant. They can be contacted on communitygrants@harborough.gov.uk

Becca Powell - Youth Engagement Officer
