Use this online form to report fly-tipping in the Harborough district. Please supply contact details when prompted, as this will ensure a prompt response.
Do not remove any items from a fly-tip - we will investigate the rubbish and examine any evidence found.
If the fly-tipping is on land managed by Harborough District Council, we will investigate your report within 7 working days and clear the fly-tip within 14 working days(If the contents of the fly-tip require specialist teams to clear the waste, this could take longer).
If a fly-tip is found on private land, it is the responsibility of the landowner to remove it.
