The purpose of a neighbourhood forum is to act as the representative body who undertake neighbourhood planning. Welland Neighbourhood Forum (2023 - 2028) will be repsonsible for undertaking Neighbourhood Planning in Welland Neighbourhood Area. A neighbourhood forum has to consist of a minimum of 21 individuals and be open to those who live or work in the area. Further details can be found here
