Welland Neighbourhood Area Application

From: 30/05/2023 To: 11/07/2023.

Harborough District Council (‘The Council’) has received an application for the designation of a Neighbourhood Area from Welland Neighbourhood Plan Forum (2023 - 2028) as the Relevant Body. The area, once designated, is to be known as ‘Welland Neighbourhood Area’ and comprises all of the Welland ward.  

In accordance with Part 2 Regulation 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 The Council is able to confirm that the organisation making the application has applied to be a Relevant Body for the purposes of section 61G of the 1990 Act and the application is in compliance with Part 2 Regulation 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. 

Copies of the application letter and plan of the Neighbourhood Area can be viewed below in accordance with part 2 Regulation 6 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. 

Any representations concerning this application should be made by Tuesday 11 July 2023 that being 6 weeks from the date on which the area application was first published.

If you would like to make any comments in relation to the proposed Welland Neighbourhood Area, please send them to the postal/email address below by 11 July 2023, that being six weeks from the date of this notice.
