Arden Neighbourhood Area

Arden Neighbourhood Area application.

Harborough District Council (‘The Council’) has received an application for the designation of a Neighbourhood Area from Arden Neighbourhood Forum (2023 - 2028) as the Relevant Body. The area, once designated, is to be known as ‘Arden Neighbourhood Area’ and comprises the ward of Arden excluding the Gt Bowden Neighbourhood Area and the Town Centre Masterplan Area that are within the ward of Gt Bowden and Arden.
In accordance with Part 2 Regulation 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 The Council is able to confirm that the organisation making the application has applied to be a Relevant Body for the purposes of section 61G of the 1990 Act and the application is in compliance with Part 2 Regulation 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
Copies of the application letter and plan of the Neighbourhood Area can be viewed below in accordance with part 2 Regulation 6 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

Any representations concerning this application should be made by Wednesday 21 February 2024 that being 6 weeks from the date on which the area application was first published.
