Harborough Community Safety Partnership is inviting residents to share their views on proposed Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) aimed at addressing issues related to alcohol misuse and irresponsible dog control in public areas.

A PSPO is a legal tool that allows local authorities to prohibit certain behaviours or require specific actions within designated public spaces.  These orders are designed to help tackle anti-social behaviour and improve the safety and enjoyment of public areas for all residents.

This consultation seeks your feedback on:

• Measures to reduce alcohol-related anti-social behaviour in public spaces in Lutterworth and Market Harborough
• Controls to promote responsible dog ownership, including issues such as dog fouling and off-lead dogs in sensitive areas, district-wide
