Public Space Protection Order Review

Harborough District Council and the Community Safety Partnership have a duty to review the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) that was set in August 2016. This covers anti-social drinking in some areas of Market Harborough, Lutterworth and Broughton Astley. As well as assessing the areas the PSPO covers and the use of any enforcement, we are also gathering views from the public.
