Harborough District Council has a legal duty to make certain information available to the public in 'public registers'.

Licensing 

We currently have the following public registers available through our Public Access portal: 

• Licensing Act 2003 licences (premises licences, club certificates, personal licences and temporary event notices) 
• Taxi and private hire drivers and vehicle licences 
• Scrap metal licences 
• Animal licensing 
• Charitable collections 
• Gaming permits and lotteries 

Environmental Health 

Other public registers available for Environmental Health are: 

• Cooling towers 
• Register of environmental permits 
• Health and safety public register 
• Caravan site licences 
• Contaminated land register (Our contaminated land regsiter currenlty has no entries) 
• Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) register 
• Mobile Homes Fit and Proper Person Register (PDF)
