Call For Sites

Once you have submitted a site, you will receive an email confirming we have received your submission.

It will take some time to assess all the sites through the Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (SHELAA).

Should we need any further information to help in the assessment of the site, you may be contacted. It is therefore important that we are notified of any change in the contact details relating to submitted sites (please email planningpolicy@harborough.gov.uk).

The draft outcomes of the SHELAA will be shared with site submitters through the ‘SHELAA Technical Consultation’. This consultation will give submitters the opportunity to comment on the draft results and share any further information.

Following the technical consultation, the SHELAA will be finalised and published on the Council’s website. You will be informed when the full report becomes available.
