Before you begin – please note:
- You will need to know what size of blue bin you want to order.
- If you already have 2 blue-lidded recycle bins at your household, we may charge for additional blue bins.
- Please make a note of the new reference number you receive once you have submitted the form. Customer Services will reference this number if they contact you.
- We aim for our contractor to deliver your additional recycling bin within seven working days - this can sometimes be longer during busier periods. Please ensure that you add your house name or number to the bin as soon as possible.
