Have your say on Council budget proposalsPublished Monday 14 January 2019
Residents are being given an opportunity to have their say on Harborough District Council’s budget proposals.
Harborough District Council has set out its budget priorities for 2019/20 with proposals not to increase its share of Council Tax – plus significant investment in a number of key areas.
This includes leisure, community facilities, voluntary sector, play areas, home improvement (disabled facilities) grants and providing affordable homes.
Have your say on the Council’s website here until 10 February 2019.
Councillor James Hallam said: “We really want residents and businesses to have their say on the budget proposals we are putting forward. Despite challenges from increased inflation, we have set out an ambitious programme of investment and growth to benefit residents across the district, as well as no rise to our council tax precept this year and we want to hear people’s views on that.”
