Harborough District Council (HDC) has appointed Andrew Granger & Co Ltd to manage lettings at the new Harborough Grow On Centre (HGOC) at Compass Point Business Park in Market Harborough.

The business centre hosts office suites ranging from 1,000 – 3,000 square feet with flexibility to meet varying business demand.

SME (small to medium enterprise) companies moving into HGOC will enjoy a number of benefits including integrated business support, rural views with excellent rail and road networks and a communal breakout area where co-workers and clients can learn, create and connect.

Harborough Grow On CentreKevin Skipworth, Chartered Surveyor for Andrew Granger & Co Ltd, said: “We are very excited to be acting as the agent for the offices within the Harborough Grow On Centre, working alongside Harborough District Council at this fantastic new facility.”

“It’s a wonderful opportunity for established, growing businesses in the area to achieve more space in brand new surroundings that have been built to high environmental standards [BREEAM Excellent].”

Construction of the new offices, in partnership with Willmott Dixon, started in 2018 and was prompted by a strong requirement for growing SME businesses looking for commercial space to expand and who wanted to stay within Harborough District.

The project was funded by HDC with support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP).

HGOC follows the ongoing success of the Harborough Innovation Centre, which Harborough District Council developed and opened in 2011, to provide office space for start-up and new businesses.

For further information regarding letting an office within the Harborough Grow On Centre please contact Andrew Granger & Co Ltd commercial department on 0116 242 9938.
