Food and drink businesses invited to get ‘Ready for Brexit’

Businesses across the Harborough district, in the food and drink sector, are being encouraged to attend an event to prepare them for Brexit.

As the Government continues to prepare for the UK’s exit from the European Union on 31 October 2019, a free ‘Ready for Brexit’ event has been organised to help food and drink businesses prepare for Brexit.

Brexit readyThis event is open to all businesses in Harborough and the East Midlands area and will provide them with information on, and signposting to, the support and advice available to help with preparing for Brexit.

Melton Borough Council is hosting the event in partnership with Melton the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and the Leicester and Leicestershire Local Enterprise.

It will be held at the Melton Borough Council Offices (Burton St, Melton Mowbray LE13 1GH) on Tuesday 15 October 2019 from 9am to 10:30am. Breakfast and refreshments will be provided.
