Improved lighting at popular skate park
Published Wednesday 26 April 2017Energy-efficient lighting is being introduced at a popular skate park in Little Bowden.
Work is due to start at the Bellfields Recreation Ground skate park on Tuesday 2 May 2017 to replace the existing lighting with new energy-efficient LED lighting.
The new lighting will improve the facility for users and will also be more cost-effective, keeping future maintenance to a minimum.
For safety reasons, the skate park will be temporarily closed whilst the work takes place which is expected to take up to three days.
