Taxi Vehicle Licence

You will need to provide the appropriate supporting documents. You can find out the cost of an application on our fees and charges webpage. 

Renewal applications should be returned to the Regulatory Services and Licensing Team by:

• email licensing@harborough.gov.uk or
• post to Regulatory Services and Licensing Team 

Applications for new vehicles need to be made in person at our office by booking an appointment with our Customer Services Team on 01858 828282 (select the appointment option). You must bring original documents with you.

Application Processing Timescales

You must allow five working days from receipt of a fully complete application before a licence is issued. Renewal applicants must ensure that we receive their renewal applications five working days prior to the expiry of their current licence plate.

The licence will last for 1 year.
