You must submit supporting documents with your application. View our personal licence checklist (202 KB) to ensure you have provided all of the required documentation before submitting an application. We will only accept complete applications.

Application Fee

The cost of a personal licence application is currently £37. You can pay by card by telephoning Customer Services on 01858 828282 or by cheque. Please write your cheque clearly in capital letters, using a black ball-point pen. Make the cheque payable to Harborough District Council.
