What to do if you have not received a housing benefit payment

We pay Housing Benefit payments directly to tenants bank accounts every two weeks in arrears, or to landlords every four weeks in arrears.

Payments are made on a Monday, or the previous working day if this falls on a bank holiday.

If you have had a recent change in your income and /or circumstances please check any notification letters we have sent as it may be that your entitlement has ceased. You can also check your claim online using MyServices to see your last and next payment dates and details.
