Trouble accessing My Services
If you have any problems registering, logging in or using My Services please read the FAQs found here first.
If you then still have problems, please email EServices@hinckley-bosworth.gov.uk with full details of your issue. Please use the subject title of the email to confirm whether the query relates to your 'council tax account' or 'benefit claim', along with your surname and reference number (eg. Benefit claim - Smith - 123456789). It would also help if you can provide any relevant screenshots. You should hear back from us within 48 hours.
