Trouble accessing My Services

If you have any problems registering or logging in to My Services please email EServices@hinckley-bosworth.gov.uk with full details of your issue. Please use the subject title of the email to confirm whether the query relates to your 'council tax account' or 'benefit claim', along with your surname and reference number (eg. Benefit claim - Smith - 123456789). It would also help if you can provide any relevant screenshots. You should hear back from us within 48 hours.

Landlords - pin numbers

Once you have registered for My Services you will be sent a pin number through the post for security reasons.

You will not be able to access My Services until you have received the pin number to complete your registration.

If you do not receive a pin number, please email EServices@hinckley-bosworth.gov.uk quoting 'pin number request' and your landlord reference and name in the email subject title.
