Stronger Together: Workplace Impact Award
This award is to recognise an individual or organisation that goes above and beyond their formal role to make a meaningful difference in their local community. It is aimed at individuals or organisations that don’t fit within the voluntary and community group award. It could be a business supporting local projects, a school fostering stronger neighbourhood ties, a public service team helping communities to thrive, or something else that links workplaces with the community, this award celebrates the power of using the workplace as a force for good.
We’re looking for nominees who have:
- Made a sustained and positive contribution to the Harborough district community as part of their work.
- Used their position or resources to support local communities, groups, events or initiatives.
- Helped build stronger connections between their organisation and the wider community.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Stronger Together: Workplace Impact Award, the following criteria apply:
- The individual or organisation must be based in the Harborough District
- The activity must benefit people or communities within Harborough District
- Individuals or organisations can nominate themselves or be nominated by others
Prize
The winner receives a certificate, and a cash prize of £250 to be donated to a local community group or project in the Harborough district of their choice.
The runner-up receives a certificate, and a cash prize of £200 to be donated in the same way.
