Making payments on 20 and 21 May
Published Thursday 15 May 2014Due to planned work on our finance systems, on Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 May we will not be able to take payments at our customer services in The Symington Building.
This includes payments made by cash or card.
You will still be able to make payments by:
- Calling our automated payment line (for Council Tax, Business rates, and invoices/sundry debtors), 0845 300 3283
- Calling our telephone contact centre
- Visiting a Post Office or Payzone in the district (for Council Tax)
