Following on from our initial stage of consultation asking for residents and local community groups views on whether Market Harborough needs a parish council, Harborough District Council have considered the responses to the consultation and the outcome of the local poll on 30 April and agreed in principle to support the formation of a new parish council for Market Harborough.
This consultation will look at the details of a parish council including the name of the parish council and wards, how many wards we should have and how many councillors it should have.
