Anti Social Behaviour
How to report anti-social behaviour?
The Community Safety Team, working very closely with the Police, co-ordinates the complaints, responses and problem solving procedures regarding anti-social behaviour.
Working with local neighbourhood police, the team will work together to seek solutions to your problems. Sometimes, if not enough information is available, you may be asked to complete a diary.
For further information, please contact Harborough District Council's Community Involvement Officer on 01858 821349 or by email to communitysafety@harborough.gov.uk.

In cases of anti-social behaviour in rented housing, the relevant Housing Association will investigate complaints and can pursue a course of action that can result in injunctions, committal proceedings and eviction.
Initial complaints should be made to the Area Housing Manager who will follow up the complaint to the degree that is deemed necessary and proportionate to the nuisance.
Action will be undertaken by your council or police where appropriate. All calls related to anti-social behaviour will be analysed by the Inter-Agency Community Safety Bureau (ICSB). The ICSB identifies anti-social behaviour hotspots and emerging problems so that action can be taken to prevent and tackle anti-social behaviour in the longer term.
