Dual driver and private hire driver licence

To apply for your licence you must:

• Complete the relevant application form below
• Complete the Right to Licence declaration form (DOCX, 25KB)
• Provide the additional documents listed on the application form checklist 
• Meet the standards for the relevant checks and tests

An application will not be accepted until all the relevant paperwork and full fee have been received.

To submit your application you must make an appointment with our Customer Services Team by calling 01858 828282 and selecting the appointment option. We no longer offer a drop in service. The Right to Licence Declaration form must be presented in person by the applicant at our office so that we can verify their identity.
