ASB Case Review

The ASB Case Review is not a first port of call. If you are reporting an incident of anti-social behaviour for the first time, then please go to the page When to report an ASB Case Review  and use the process outlined there. 

To activate the Community Trigger, please follow these steps:

• download an ASB Case Review form
• email the completed form to communitysafety@harborough.gov.uk providing your name and address

Hard copies should be returned to:

Applications can and will be rejected if they are identified as prejudicial, discriminatory, malicious, unreasonable, vexatious or frivolous. In such a case details of this decision will be provided including any appeal options.
