Green Bin

Use the green bin for loose green waste such as grass cuttings, leaves, flowers, clippings & prunings, all types of cardboard except waxed or foil lined also please do not place food waste, soil, turf, animal bedding,animal waste in the green bin . During the christmas period real Christmas trees can be placed in the green bin, however  large trunks, branches will not be accepted.

Please ensure that the green bin lid is closed when presented.

For lost or missing containers

For lost or missing recycling boxes, food waste caddies, green or black wheeled bins, please contact customer services  or telephone 01858 828282 for you requirements. Any request for replacement recycling boxes, caddies or wheeled bins will be delivered on your next collection day by a different vehicle to the collection vehicle (dependent on the date of the request).

Assisted Collections

The council provides an assisted collection service to residents who are elderly, infirm or disabled and have no one else at the property to help.
